Just drive down a street in Anytown, USA and you will see balloons in front of businesses, schools, apartment complexes, etc. these businesses are wanting to grab your attention, have you come in and see what they are selling. Even fine jewelry stores have balloons. Schools will have the balloons in the school colors and might even have a balloon in the shape of their mascot.
